When this window was created in the early 1980s, it was the largest installation of architectural leaded glass created by Pearl River Glass Studio. The Studio remained involved in the life of “Meta” when in 2017, we transplanted it from the original location to the Pinnacle Building in downtown Jackson. In 2008, the studio once again moved the piece to corporate headquarters in Ridgeland, MS. The first move retained the original composition; the last move did not: the piece was taken apart and reconfigured to best suit the new office space. Still, I believe the design to be so strong, even in its latest iteration, it is an impressive design.
