passion that is unparalleled in the industry. He began by apprenticing at Pearl River and learning window repair techniques and the importance of historical conservation. Nabors continued his education by participating in several workshops and conferences that dealt with the subtle nuances of skillful repair and restoration. The most notable of these conferences were: the Drew Anderson Workshop at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NY– sponsored by NYU’s Department of Conservation which oversees the entire stained glass collection at the Met; the Art Femenella Workshop at St. Mary School in Troy, NY; and the C.V.M.A. (Corpus Viterium Medi Ami) Conference in New York, NY. Recently, Nabors completed the intensive restoration of a large, 100 year-old window attributed to John Lafarge.
